Len McAdams
Founder

Len McAdams leads Mcadams Builders with over 40 years of construction experience and a degree from the University of Washington in Construction Management. Len is known for his “big picture” mentality, energy, and team building skills. Since he began remodeling homes in 1982 his consistent performance has developed a loyal cadre of clients who return for each new project.

Len is well-known for his Saturday morning radio show which aired for 10 years on KVI, and speaking at service clubs and national conventions. He fills out his schedule with his local involvement in Kirkland Kiwanis and Kirkland Chamber of Commerce.

When not helping remodeling clients with their projects or coaching staff on their career goals Len enjoys traveling, dinner parties with friends, and time with his grandson.
