| McAdams Builders warrants all materials and workmanship
for two years from date of substantial completion. Standard
of performance for our work will be “Quality Standard
for the Remodeling Industry” published by the National
Association of Home Builders Research Foundation. Service of
appliances and other items under manufacturer’s warranty
will be by the authorized agent of the manufacturer.
Expiration Date Two Years From Completion
